We would like to invite you to participate in the Oral DTS – Story of God Latin America Workshop, a special time of learning, hands-on practice, and missionary inspiration.

The Oral DTS was born in 2018 and carries in its DNA something far beyond a simple ministry: it is a movement that responds to the reality that nearly 80% of the world’s unreached peoples come from oral-tradition cultures.

Throughout the school, students work with more than 35 Bible stories that are internalized, shared weekly, and lived out both within the DTS environment and in the communities where we serve. Each story is developed in the mother tongue of the local people, strengthening the communication of the Gospel in a contextualized, living, and accessible way.

We have had the privilege of conducting an entire DTS within an indigenous community, deepening the value of incarnational ministry and experiential learning. We use the Simple Church model both in the classroom and during outreach activities, creating a strong multiplication factor and equipping every participant to reproduce what they learn wherever they go.

The Oral DTS operates under Missions & Frontiers, and we are excited to host this bilingual workshop at our base in both Portuguese and Spanish. This invitation is for those who desire to bring oral-tradition peoples to the center of the mission, to the table, and to join us in this growing movement.
