Our structure works through the tuition of the workers and each school is maintained through the investment of the students. There is no profit. Every resource that comes in is invested in all housing, infrastructure and food expenses.

The Accounting is the Heart of the Institution!
Our structure works through the tuition of the workers and each school is maintained through the investment of the students. There is no profit. Every resource that comes in is invested in all housing, infrastructure and food expenses. For this to be properly managed, we count with the Accounting sector which takes care of planning, budgets, income and outcome of the resources. The administration also counts as a Reception. Its function is the gateway for any contact that needs to be made inside the base. Phone calls, correspondence, documentation, information and office services are part of the routine of those who work in this area.

The Human Resources department is responsible for the entire team of staff and volunteer workers who live and work at the Monte das Águias base. It’s in the HR department where the personal information of the missionaries is, as well as the terms of adhesion to the volunteer program that rules the work of the organization. This is an area that needs people who understand the value of the organization to function properly.

The great difficulty of the Base Administration ministry is to find people who understand the value of this work for the missions. It is a place where people need to stay longer, so that all the demands can be fulfilled. That’s why we encourage you to have done DTS and have experience in the area of administration, accounting or HR to be with us. Serving is a privilege, especially in an area that needs people willing to do activities often anonymous.
