Sports Seminar

SFT 181 – Sports Seminar

Date not yet set

Sports have an incredible ability to break barriers and uniquely communicate their truths. Through sports, we see people from all corners of the world coming together, competing—almost as if differences no longer matter. This is, without a doubt, the universal language of sports.

Have you ever stopped to think about how sports can be used as a powerful tool for transmitting values?

As the church, we must strive to understand this language so that we can use it effectively to inspire and influence through sports.

This seminar goes far beyond technical training. We want to challenge participants to develop integrity, a strong social awareness centered on God, and a deep understanding of how their individual gifts and talents can—and should—impact the world.

In 1 Corinthians 9:24, the apostle Paul uses the image of a runner in a stadium to apply Kingdom values and encourage intentionality in the Christian life.

Our goal with this seminar is to gather, awaken, and train people—raising new influencers who understand sports as a tool for evangelism and personal transformation. Sports allow us to engage in communities, build meaningful relationships, and foster healthy connections. Through athletic practice, we can break barriers and prejudices, bringing people closer together and sharing Christ’s love.

Sports improve physical well-being, teach teamwork, and develop competitiveness that drives people to achieve victory. When combined with the church, this journey strengthens individuals in Christ through biblical principles—modeling perseverance and faithfulness, the essence of every child of God.
